No. We work from your product page, your photos and your answers. Nothing needs to be shipped.

Physical products sold online do best: beauty, skincare, supplements, fashion, jewelry, home, gadgets, pet and gift products. If your product is hard to explain in 30 seconds, Sonny will tell you honestly and suggest an angle that works.

Yes. We don't make ads for illegal products, weapons, adult content, tobacco or vaping, or anything that relies on claims you can't support, such as medical cures. The full list is in our terms of service.

Yes. After you pay, our team sends a creative plan with the angles, hooks and scripts. Nothing is made until you approve it or tell us what to change. See how it works.

The creative plan usually arrives within a few hours. Finished ads take 72 hours on Starter and 5 days on Growth, counted from payment and a complete brief.

In the chat. Sonny shows your package with a secure Shopify checkout button. Payments are one-time, with no subscription. You can also buy from the pricing page.

No, but we recommend logging in with your store account before checkout, so your order, chat and videos stay together on any device.

Yes. Ask Sonny to bring in the team and a person will reply in the same chat, or email support@sonnyads.com. We reply within one business day.

Ads are 15 to 30 seconds, in 9:16 vertical with captions, voiceover and music. Growth also includes 1:1 and 16:9 versions for feeds and YouTube.

UGC-style creator ads, unboxings, product demos, story ads, presenter ads, cinematic product moments, and remakes of ad structures that already work in your category. Sonny picks the styles that fit your product and buyer, and you approve them in the plan.

We pick formats where the result looks natural, and every ad is checked for the product, the captions and the sound before it reaches you. Some platforms ask advertisers to label realistic AI-generated content; we tell you when that applies.

Only claims you can stand behind, taken from your product page, your reviews and your answers. We never invent testimonials, results or prices.

You do. Once paid, you get full commercial rights to use the ads on any platform, with no expiry. Details are in the terms of service.

If an ad misses the brief you approved, we remake it free. Growth also includes one revision round on the whole set. See delivery and revisions.

Yes, in full, if you cancel before approving the creative plan. After that we fix ads that miss the brief rather than refund them. Read the refund policy.

It's our intro price, so you can try Sonny with low risk. After that, Growth or Enterprise gives you more ads and angles per dollar.
