Refund policy

Our promise is simple: you don't pay for ads you didn't approve, and we fix ads that miss the brief.

Full refund if you cancel before approving the creative plan. After approval, we remake ads that miss the brief instead of refunding them. If we can't deliver, you get your money back for what we didn't deliver.

This policy applies to purchases from Sonny AI, a service operated by Omegason Company LLC ("we", "us"). Because our ads are custom digital work made for you, refunds work differently from physical products. Nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to return.

1. Before you approve the creative plan

You can cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund at any point before you approve the creative plan in your chat. Just tell Sonny you'd like to cancel, or email us.

2. After you approve the plan

Approving the plan starts production, so we can't offer refunds for a change of mind after that point. Instead:

Free remake. If a delivered ad doesn't follow the plan you approved, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll remake it at no cost.
Growth revision round. Growth includes one round of changes on the whole set.

3. If we can't deliver

If we're unable to deliver your ads, or we miss the delivery time and you'd rather not wait for the new estimate, you'll receive a refund for the ads not yet delivered. If a remake still misses the agreed brief, we'll refund that ad.

4. Other situations

Duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded in full.
Orders we can't accept, for example products listed in our terms of service as not allowed, are cancelled and refunded in full.
Discounted or free orders can't be exchanged for cash.
Enterprise plans follow the refund terms in your agreement.

5. How to request a refund

Ask Sonny in your chat, or email support@sonnyads.com with your order number and the reason. We reply within one business day. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Shopify; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show them.

6. Ad performance

We make ads designed to perform, and every set comes with a test plan, but results on ad platforms depend on many things outside our control, including your offer, audience, budget and the platforms themselves. We can't refund based on ad performance. If a set doesn't work, tell Sonny what you saw; that's exactly the data the next round of angles is built on.
