Is there a subscription?
No. Starter and Growth are one-time payments. Enterprise is a monthly plan whose terms you agree with our team.
Why can I only buy Starter once?
Starter is our intro price, so new customers can try Sonny with very little risk. After that, Growth gives you more ads, angles and formats for each dollar.
When does the delivery clock start?
When your order is paid and your brief is complete. If the team needs an answer from you during production, the clock pauses until you reply.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, if you cancel before you approve the creative plan. After that, if an ad misses the agreed brief, we remake it free. The refund policy has the details.
Do you offer discounts for agencies or bulk orders?
