Sonny AI is a digital service: nothing is shipped. Here's how your ads are delivered, how long it takes, and how changes and remakes work.

How delivery works

Everything we make is delivered digitally, in the same chat where you briefed Sonny. There is no physical shipping and no shipping fee.

When your ads are ready, a delivery card appears in your chat with:

each finished video, playable in the chat and downloadable as an MP4 file;
a campaign write-up explaining the idea behind each ad and how to test them.

If you're logged in with your store account, you can open the same chat on any device. If you weren't logged in, reopen the chat from the same browser, or email us your order number and we'll help.

Delivery times are counted from when your order is paid and your brief is complete. Time spent waiting for your approval of the plan, or for an answer to a production question, is not counted. Enterprise timelines are agreed in your plan.

If we expect to miss a delivery time, Sonny will tell you in the chat with a new estimate. If the delay doesn't work for you, you can ask for a refund of the ads not yet delivered, as described in our refund policy.

File formats

MP4 (H.264 video, AAC audio), playable on phones, browsers and every major ad platform.
9:16 vertical (1080 × 1920) on every package; 1:1 and 16:9 versions on Growth.
Captions are burned into the video, so they show on every platform even with sound off.

We recommend downloading your files once they arrive. They stay available in your chat for at least 12 months.

Revisions and remakes

Before production: change the plan as much as you need

The creative plan is where most changes belong. You can ask for changes to angles, scripts and tone before you approve it, and the team sends a revised plan. Large rewrites after several rounds may be handed to a human on our team to agree the best way forward.

Free remake if an ad misses the brief

If a delivered ad doesn't follow the plan you approved (for example the wrong product, wrong color, a missing must-have, or a mistake in the captions), tell Sonny within 14 days of delivery and we'll remake it free.

Growth: one revision round included

Growth includes one revision round on the whole set: one consolidated list of changes, such as a different hook, a shorter cut, a new caption or a different music mood. Send all your changes together so the team can apply them in one pass.

Extra changes and new versions

Changes beyond these, such as new angles, extra lengths or versions in another language, are new work. Ask Sonny and the team will tell you what's possible and whether there's a cost before anything starts.
